Vranjes et al: Longer Sentence or Verdict of Release

Presenting their appeals against the first instance verdict, under which Ljubisa Vranjes and Mladen Milic were sentenced to ten years in prison each for crimes in Kotor-Varos, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on the Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to pronounce a longer imprisonment sentence against the indictees, while the Defence calls for a verdict of release.

Local Justice – Lipovac: Verdict Confirmed

The Appellate Chamber of the Supreme Court of Republika Srpska has confirmed a verdict against Sasa Lipovac, sentencing him to 10 years in prison for war crimes committed against Bosniaks in Liskovac village, near Gradiska, in August 1993.

Gajic: State Prosecution Files Custody Extension Motion

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has asked the State Court to extend custody of Pavle Gajic, who is charged with crimes against prisoners of war committed in the Bihac area, but the Defence objects to the motion.
