Local Justice - Kecman: Appeal Rejected

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejects an appeal filed by Zeljko Kecman, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, against a verdict passed down by the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina , FBiH.

Kecman Zeljko, a former member of the Republika Srpska Army is sentenced  to 14 years’ imprisonment for war crimes against civilians.
