At the trial for crimes in Sanski Most, the Defence of Predrag Prosic finished presenting evidence by introducing several documents.

Lawyer Svetozar Davidovic introduced as evidence an indictment of the Biac prosecution from 1996, under which Milorad Marceta was charged with murders in Hilmo Hegic’s house.
Davidovic explained that in that indictment, the crimes for which Prosic is charged are described in detail.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charges Prosic, former member of the Sixth Sana Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having participated in a widespread and systematic attack on villages in the Sanski Most area, as well as the persecution, detention, setting houses on fire and the murder of non-Serb civilians.

He is also charged with having entered Hilmo Hegic’s house on May 27, 1992, killed eight civilians, including a pregnant woman, from his rifle and set the house on fire.
The defendant also presented several photographs of Hegic’s house, which has a plaque dated May 26, 1992.
