The Jovisa Kovacevic trial will begin at the district court in Doboj on March 12.

District prosecutor Slavko Krulj said the prosecution will examine the injured party, two additional witnesses, a medical court expert, and present material evidence.

Defense attorney Milenko Radonjic said the defense planned to examine no more than three witnesses and present material evidence.

Kovacevic has been charged with the abuse of a member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The injured party was allegedly captured at a battlefield near Gradacac, and was abused by the defendant while being questioned in the basement of a house in the vicinity of Modrica.
