At the trial of five Bosniak ex-fighters for abusing Croat detainees, a witness testified that the defendants were responsible for beatings and sexual abuse at the Crna Kuca prison in Kruscica.
The trial of former Bosnian Army members Minet Akeljic, Saban Haskic, Senad Bilal, Hazim Patkovic and Semsudin Djelilovic began with a reading of the indictment and the state prosecution’s opening statements. The defendants have been charged with committing war crimes against Croat civilians and prisoners of war in Kruscica in the municipality of Vitez.
