The court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was not able to come to a decision on imposing custody measures for former Bosnian Serb fighters Ilija Vukasinovic, Milos Vukasinovic, Pero Radovic, and Sasa Perkovic, because the state prosecution did not clearly phrase its request for custody measures.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on the Court to quash its verdict under which Nedjo Ikonic and Goran Markovic were acquitted of charges for genocide in Srebrenica in July 1995, while the Defence of Dusko Jevic and Mendeljev Djuric call for revocation of the part of the verdict that sentenced them for that crime.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files a motion, requesting two-month extension of custody for Miroslav Krajisnik, former Commander of the Kosevo Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is suspected of crimes in Sarajevo.
