Accepting the guilt admission agreement signed by Gordan Djuric and the State Prosecution, the Trial Chamber pronounced him guilty of the crime committed at Koricanske stijene and sentenced him to eight years in prison. By the Court's decision and in line with the Defence's request, following the pronouncement of the verdict Djuric was released from custody while certain prohibiting measures were instituted against him.
