The state court has referred the case against Sekula Babic to the cantonal court of Livno for further processing. Babic has been charged with crimes in Glamoc.
The state court has confirmed an indictment against Sekula Babic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army charged with war crimes against the civilian population in the municipality of Glamoc.
Former Bosnian Serb Army serviceman Sekula Babic was charged with murder, looting and other offences against Bosniak civilians in Glamoc in south-west Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992.
