The Bosnian federation entity Supreme Court quashed a verdict under which Nedzad Oric was sentenced to four, and Hamed Salihovic and Azem Ahmic to one year in prison respectively for crimes in Srebrenik.

The third instance Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, FBiH, confirms a verdict, under which Ivan Koler was sentenced to a year-and-a-half in prison for the inhumane treatment of prisoners, former members of the Yugoslav National Army, JNA, in the District Military Prison in Tuzla in June and July 1992.

Appealing against a verdict for crimes in Srebrenik the Federal Prosecution requests the Court to sentence Hamed Salihovic and Azem Ahmic to more than one year in prison and confirm the four-year sentence against Nedzad Oric, while the Defence teams request the Court to quash the verdict.
