Testifying before the Cantonal Court in Tuzla, witness and former soldier Edo Berberovic said he confiscated weapons from Serb residents in Banovici, based on names provided in a list. The people named in that list were then sent to an improvised detention unit.
Esed Kocic, Miralem Colic, Fikret Mrkonjic and Mirza Dedic plead not guilty before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, of crimes committed against Serb victims in the Banovici area.
