The Bosnian Prosecution will appeal a decision by the State court to release Srecko Boskovic from custody, after he was arrested on Monday under suspicion he committed war crime in Zvornik in July 1995.
The Prosecution said they would appeal because he often resides in Serbia, so there is a danger he might flee.
“He is suspected of killing a Bosniak boy after the fall of Srebrenica”, said the Prosecution.
The Bosnian court on Wednesday, September 17 rejected a proposal to order Boskovic into custody, and instead ordered prohibiting measures, such as a ban on travelling and meeting witnesses and periodical police visits.
